Services

  • What services do you offer?

    We offer reliable lawn mowing, bush trimming, flower bed cleanups, mulch installs, seasonal yard clean-ups, and more. Everything you need to keep your yard looking its best!

  • Do you offer fertilizer, weed control, or other lawn treatments?

    Not at this time. We focus on maintenance and clean-ups, but we’re happy to refer you to a trusted provider if needed!

  • How often do you offer mowing services?

    Most lawns are mowed bi-weekly. During peak growth (April–June), we may recommend weekly mowing to keep everything neat, we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

  • Is there a service minimum?

    Yes, we ask for at least two consecutive visits within a two-week period to get your lawn into a routine. Canceling before then has a $50 fee.

  • What happens if my lawn is overgrown?

    If your grass is taller than 6 inches or has no visible edge, we’ll need to charge an overgrown fee (equal to your regular mow price). This helps us get it back to a clean, maintained look for future visits.

Billing & Payments

  • Do I need a card on file?

    Yes, a card on file is required during estimate approval. This helps keep billing smooth and easy for everyone!

  • Do you accept cash payments?

    We don’t accept cash, but with your card on file, payments are quick and secure—no hassle for you.

  • When do I get billed?

    Your card will be charged within 24 hours after each service. No need to remember to pay—we’ve got it covered.

  • What happens if my payment is late?

    If a payment is more than 7 days late, there’s a $15 late fee, and we’ll need to pause service until everything’s caught up.

Scheduling

  • Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

    Please make sure the lawn is clear of toys, pet waste, and other items so we can do our best work.

  • What about locked gates?

    If we can’t access your yard due to a locked gate or pets, we’ll have to skip that part of the service, but the full-service price will still apply. Let us know if you need to give us a code or instructions.

  • How can I cancel or reschedule a visit?

    Please provide written notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled service day via email, client portal, or text to our business line.

  • What if I cancel at the last minute?

    Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice of your service day incur a $25 same-day cancellation fee. Our routes are planned in advance, so last-minute changes make it tough to adjust, thanks for understanding!

  • What happens if it rains?

    We’ll reschedule if needed due to weather, holidays, or other delays—and we’ll keep you updated!

  • Do I need to be home for service?

    Nope! As long as we can access your yard, we’ve got it covered.

  • What if I have pets?

    Please keep pets inside during service so everyone stays safe and sound.

  • How do I check my schedule or payments?

    You can view everything—upcoming services, invoices, and estimates—in your client portal. There’s a unique link in your estimate, invoice, or receipt. Need help? Just ask!
