Most lawns are mowed bi-weekly. During peak growth (April–June), we may recommend weekly mowing to keep everything neat, we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
Yes, we ask for at least two consecutive visits within a two-week period to get your lawn into a routine. Canceling before then has a $50 fee.
If your grass is taller than 6 inches or has no visible edge, we’ll need to charge an overgrown fee (equal to your regular mow price). This helps us get it back to a clean, maintained look for future visits.
Yes, a card on file is required during estimate approval. This helps keep billing smooth and easy for everyone!
We don’t accept cash, but with your card on file, payments are quick and secure—no hassle for you.
Your card will be charged within 24 hours after each service. No need to remember to pay—we’ve got it covered.
If a payment is more than 7 days late, there’s a $15 late fee, and we’ll need to pause service until everything’s caught up.
Please make sure the lawn is clear of toys, pet waste, and other items so we can do our best work.
If we can’t access your yard due to a locked gate or pets, we’ll have to skip that part of the service, but the full-service price will still apply. Let us know if you need to give us a code or instructions.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice of your service day incur a $25 same-day cancellation fee. Our routes are planned in advance, so last-minute changes make it tough to adjust, thanks for understanding!
